What is an internship or co-op (CO-OP) in Canada?

What is the difference between co-op and internship?

Graduate Certificate usually these courses are eight months to one year.
Diploma The duration of the diploma course is two years.
Advanced Diploma is equal to associate degree in Iran and the duration of the course is three years.
Bachelor is equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Iran and its duration is four years.
Post Graduate Certificate This course, which lasts for one year, is after the bachelor’s degree and allows the applicants to become ready for the job market.
