This does not mean that the student must study full-time. In other words, the study permit is issued for both full-time and part-time studies, with the difference that the student is allowed to work inside or outside the educational institution when he studies full-time.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Professional training courses<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Professional training courses are for people who have work experience in a specific profession. These training courses that have received permission to provide training courses from the relevant authorities are offered in a college or university. In professional training courses, there are often two theoretical and practical parts, the practical part of which is full-time work and constitutes more than 50% of the training course. Applicants for these training courses must obtain a <a href=\"http:\/\/yqq.peu.mybluehost.me\/study-permit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">study permit<\/span><\/a> from the Immigration Department for the theory course if it is longer than six months, and a <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">work<\/span> permit for the practical course.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Distance Learning<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">According to Canadian immigration regulations, distance <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">learning<\/span> includes correspondence or online education and the student does not need to be physically present at the place of education. Therefore, since this type of education does not require presence in Canada, the Immigration Department cannot issue a study permit. But if the distance learning course includes a mandatory face-to-face part, if the total training period is more than six months, the student must have a study permit to participate in the face-to-face course, even if the face-to-face course is less than six months.
