Obtaining a certificate of Iran’s background from Canada<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Due to the closure of the Iranian Embassy in Canada, it is currently possible to obtain Iran’s background information for the required cases such as applying for City Women’s Ship, sponsoring a parent’s ship, obtaining a license, etc. for Iranian compatriots living in Canada in two ways.<\/span><\/p>\n

1- The Office of the Protector of Iran’s Interests in Washington, USA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2- By sending fingerprints to Iran<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Steps of the first method:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In the first method, the applicant should go to the website http:\/\/daftar.org. From the passport menu, download and complete form 460 and 001. Then, in the province of his residence, he should take a fingerprint (which will be briefly explained). Then, without folding the fingerprint answer, send it together with the documents to the address of the consulate in Washington http:\/\/www.daftar.org\/far\/default.asp. They will not send the result by post for about 4 to 6 months.<\/span><\/p>\n

1- Completing and signing forms 001 and 460<\/span><\/p>\n

2- 8 pieces of 5×5 photos with writing on the back and women with hijab<\/span><\/p>\n

5- Original national card<\/span><\/p>\n

6- Payment of the consular fee (92 dollars for 2018) in the form of Money Order in the amount of the Embassy of Pakistan and in US dollars<\/span><\/p>\n

7- In case of sending the documents by post, attach the envelope with the exact address and attach a stamp to return the original document.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the second method, you must first take a fingerprint in the province of your residence in Canada, then your father or mother or lawyer must go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran (address: Imam Khomeini Square-Sepe St.-Building 3 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) or in the city, go to the Police Department.<\/span><\/p>\n

1- Completing and signing 3 copies of the questionnaire for issuing a certificate of non-malfeasance<\/span>
2- Two pieces of 4 x 3 cm photos with writing on the back and women with full hijab<\/span>
3- Copy of valid Iranian passport (first page, visa page and entry and exit stamp page)<\/span>
4- Copy of valid Iranian birth certificate from all pages<\/span>
5- Copy of national card<\/span>
6- Copy of PR residence card or Canadian visa<\/span>
7- Two fingerprint cards in a sealed letter<\/span>

How to do fingerprinting in Canada:<\/strong><\/span>

There are different centers for this work in Canada. First, download and complete the form (Questionnaire for Issuance of Certificate of No Malpractice) from the website https:\/\/mikhak.mfa.gov.ir\/form\/landing.xhtml, then with two photos 4 *3 Refer to the fingerprinting center (these centers in Canada are listed below). It is enough to search the list of them by searching the term fingerprint near me. These centers are under the supervision of the Canadian RCMP and operate privately. Try to have the fingerprint sheet with the above center stamp on your photo. Remember to hand over 2 copies of fingerprints.<\/span><\/p>\n
