Canadian citizenship for your child (original documents only).<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* Two identical passport photos with the photographer&#8217;s name and address as well as the date of photography must be on the back of one of the photos.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* Proof of parentage or parental guardianship.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size:
