Below are several things you need to do to apply for a passport:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* Complete the Adult General Canadian Passport Application Form (PPTC 153)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* Provide proof of Canadian citizenship (original documents only)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* Provide identification documents.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* Provide two identical passport photos. The photographer&#8217;s name and address, as well as the date the photos were taken, must be on the back of one of the photos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* Present any valid Canadian travel document issued in your name.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* You must sign the passport application form and one passport photo and all copies of identity documents<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">* You should also introduce two people who have known you for at least two years.
