  3.  International Graduate Program (International Graduate Category)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Newfoundland and Labrador Workforce Program aligned with Express Entry<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

    This program enables the province of Newfoundland and Labrador to select skilled candidates with job offers through the federal government’s Express Entry immigration system. Applicants who have been accepted into the Federal Express Entry database can apply to the NL Express Entry Specialist Workforce Subgroup.<\/p>\n

    Individuals who are selected through the NLPNP will receive additional points in the comprehensive scoring system, which will lead to receiving an invitation from the ITA to obtain Canadian permanent residence.<\/p>\n

    Newfoundland and Labrador Workforce Program<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The NLPNP accepts applications for this group from individuals who have received a guaranteed job offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer. People who are currently working in the province with a valid work permit will also be eligible to apply.<\/p>\n

    Newfoundland and Labrador International Graduate Program<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The NLPNP accepts applications under this category from previous graduates of an eligible institution of higher education in Canada with a work permit to remain in Canada after their studies. Applicants must currently have a job or have received a job offer from one of the employers of this province and must be working in their field of study at the time of application.<\/p>\n
